Busy Day Rice

Busy-Day Rice
Makes 4 Servings

2 cups water
1 cup uncooked converted rice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

Combine water, rice, butter, onion, parsley, and bouillon in slow cooker; stir to blend. Cover; cook on high two hours.
