Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo Sauce

½ cup butter
2 cups heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup fresh parsley

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
